Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Accovio sells prepaid credits. One credit processes one lecture. This page explains when you can get a credit or a money refund, and how.
1. Failed lectures: automatic credit refund
If a lecture fails to process for any reason, the credit it used is returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.
2. Unused credits: money back within 7 days
If you change your mind, you can ask for a full refund of a credit purchase within 7 days of buying it, as long as none of the credits from that purchase have been used. The credits are removed from your account when the refund is made.
3. Payment problems
- Charged twice: we refund the extra payment in full.
- Charged but no credits received: we either add the credits or refund the payment in full, whichever you prefer.
- Payment failed: if your bank or wallet shows money taken for a failed payment, we refund it in full once our payment partner confirms it.
4. When we cannot give a money refund
- Credits that have already been used to process lectures. If you are unhappy with the result of a particular lecture, contact us: where there was a technical fault on our side, we will return the credit.
- Free starter credits.
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase, except for the payment problems in section 3.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email support@accovio.org from the email address on your Accovio account, and include:
- the date and amount of the payment;
- how you paid (card, JazzCash or EasyPaisa);
- the reason for the refund.
We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the same card or wallet you paid with. Depending on your bank or wallet provider, the money usually arrives within 7 to 14 working days.
6. Cancellation
There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using Accovio at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by emailing us.
